I love the content when the app works. I have reported issues several times with no response. Whats the point of having support if there is no return loop on the feedback when things arent fixed? Also would like to be able to login with my sustaining member information to get priority support.

The app is a great platform on which to access a lot of Npr content that would otherwise take a lot of patience or searching.

Loved it when traveling and when away from my home radio. No longer loads even after update. What happened?? Please fix this.

Love NPR, wish app would download playlist so I can listen on-the-go

When reading articles, this leaves out the ability to view links and videos within it. Its annoying to read an article and have videos/links referenced that I cannot access or view...pretty sure that capability exists nowadays. If an author feels its appropriate to include media with their article, it should be included on the app and not only at npr.org.

All the stations in the country. Live radio where ever I am. I love it. Easy to use and reliable.

Use this app to listen to podcasts of your favorite NPR shows and keep up with news. However, streaming live from the app no longer seems to be working.

Love the coverage and frequent updates to stories, but none of the photo or video links appear in the stories, even when your encouraged to view them through a link. Still a great source of news.

I have never had any prior problem with the app and enjoy using it. I have used it since it was first offered. Today, the app crashed on both iPad and iPhone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and reset "News" preferences in the settings. Very frustrating.

Have used the iPhone app for years for news and to connect Tommy local NPR radio station. Have not experienced bugs. I enjoy it.

I love NPR news. App works great. Cant ask for anything more.

Unstable and prone to repeated crashing. Only this morning it has crashed a half dozen times in five minutes. And just now it jumped to the middle of another story at random. I even tried re-downloading. Please fix this.

I read some reviews before writing mine. Ive been using this app for the last couple of months and I never experienced any problem at all. Everything works flawlessly. News: I love the wide spectrum of news proposed and analyzed. What I love about NPR is that it doesnt focus exclusively on the US but it proposes insights on issues from all over the world. Programs and Stations: They perfectly work. Ive always been able to listen to what I wanted when I wanted.

I use this app everyday bc NPR is my news source. The repeating and skipping are driving me crazy. Pls fix this bug.

Use this app to listen to my NPR news fix on Morning Edition and All Things Considered everyday. Love the ease of adding a full program to my playlist as well as skipping some stories.

Great stories, but a technical update is needed so that users can watch in-article videos and click on links. Come on. Its not hard; every other news app figured it out.
